I would like to tell you and your colleagues how much my grand daughter has learnt from this program during her enrolment. My granddaughter was 22 months of age when she started attending the class. She is now four…It will augur her well when she enters into a formal school setting as she now has a portfolio of skills that were nurtured and developed during her participation in the music class. Some of those skills are attending, listening, participating, cooperation, and appropriate behaviour in a class setting. She has also developed knowledge in the areas of musical styles and interpretation of musical pieces, musical notation and musical beats and patterns. As part of the program my granddaughter has had hands on experience with instruments of the Shoalhaven Youth Orchestra. This is a very valuable program. A big thank you to the staff who run this program, especially to my granddaughter’s teacher Helen. Rhonda Farr – June 2016
